Assuming you have the necessary funds, it was likely declined either by your card issuer due to their fraud/security policies, or because some details were not entered correctly.
- If it was declined by card issuer: you’ll have to contact them directly and ask them to authorise ‘BLS*WWWPLEDGEMUSICCOM’ for the payment to go through. We suggest keeping them on the phone while you try the payment again to make sure it goes through.
- If it was declined by us: check that all your details are entered correctly in the Credit Card tab in the Settings, and then go back to your pledge and try to checkout again.
